      Investors are being sought for an ancient noble family residence in Ryazanov in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The "Residential House of Petr Semyonovich Ryazanov" is a designated cultural heritage site. It is currently up for auction, as reported by the regional agency for the preservation and development of historical environment objects. The carved two-story house from the last quarter of the 19th century is located at Dmitry Maslov Street, 2. This route leads to a federally significant archaeological monument—the earthen fortifications of the medieval city of Gorodets from the 12th–14th centuries. The area of the property is 155.5 sq.m, with a land plot of 3,727 sq.m. The starting price for the lot (house and land) is 3.6 million rubles. The property is municipally owned but has an emergency status and is vacated. Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted until August 25, with the auction itself scheduled for August 29. As reported by ASIRIS, the building retains authentic shingle cladding, decorative details in traditional Volga region carved styles, wooden half-casings, a triangular pediment, and an entrance group (portico, doors, and an attic above the vestibule in the shape of a kokoshnik). It also features a historic interior plan. Four rooms on each floor are separated by a corridor, with stairs and storage rooms in the vestibules. On the second floor, there are preserved stoves, wooden floors, original furniture with authentic fittings, and-painted ceilings. An single-story outbuilding is attached to the rear façade.
