An HR expert explained why the number of salary millionaires has increased so significantly.

      Society According to Rosstat data, the number of Russians earning more than 1 million rubles per month has increased to 45,428 people, whereas two years ago, there were 24,400 such workers. This was reported by the "360" television channel.

      HR expert Harry Muradyan explains this growth by several key factors. Firstly, inflation contributed to an increase in nominal salaries. Secondly, the growth in company capitalization in certain industries and the shortage of qualified specialists led to higher salary levels. Thirdly, the trend was also influenced by the increased transparency of salaries.

      Among the professions where such earnings are possible, Muradyan highlighted the IT sector, the financial sector, top management of large enterprises and state corporations, cooperation with leading legal and consulting firms, and high positions in medicine.

      Muradyan also noted that this market segment will continue to develop, albeit unevenly. According to him, periods of slowdown related to economic downturns or changes in tax policy are possible.
