      Incidents The administration of the eco-park in the village of Zubanishcha, Dальne-Konstantinovsky District, has for the first time commented on the death of a 14-year-old teenager. They expressed their position on the incident on the official VKontakte page.

      Let us recall that on July 26, a group of teenagers rented a catamaran. According to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod," the children did not have life jackets. After some time, the minors paddled to the shore and informed adults about the disappearance of a friend. Witnesses rushed to search for the boy, and soon police and medical personnel arrived at the scene.

      That evening, a rescue team from EMERCOM arrived at the eco-park. However, the teenager's body was found in the pond almost a day later. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case for providing services that do not meet safety requirements. The incident also drew the attention of the prosecutor's office, which intends to assess the implementation of legislation related to the prevention of neglect and juvenile offenses.

      “There are no words to express the depth of grief. On behalf of the entire "Yantar" team, we extend our deepest condolences to the relatives and loved ones. We share your pain and are ready to provide all possible support during this difficult time,” stated representatives of the eco-park on VK.

      They assured that the administration is doing everything to help determine the circumstances of the incident.

      Moreover, public outrage required a response. In particular, people questioned why the recreational zone's administration did not stop the entertainment program on the day of the tragedy.

      “We did not halt the event urgently in order not to spread panic among hundreds of guests, including the parents of other children. We sincerely hoped that the boy had left without telling anyone, hiding or was upset. On Sunday, once the tragedy was confirmed, we canceled the program, and the park operated only until the body was found. After that, we closed the area and refunded money to everyone who requested it,” said "Yantar."
