The investigation into the criminal case regarding fraudulent activities in the execution of a government contract has been completed in the Pervozhsky district.

      An investigation was conducted by the investigative department of the MO МВД Russia "Perovsky" regarding a criminal case initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud), concerning the fact that during the execution of a municipal contract signed between LLC and the administration of Perovsky District for the dismantling of capital construction facilities in Perov and subsequent disposal of construction debris, the accused provided false documents. From November 2023 to March 2024, the accused, fully aware that the waste disposal under the contract had not been properly performed, submitted to the local administration reports on the cost and volume of completed work. Based on the received documents, budget funds totaling 676,427 rubles were transferred to the individual involved in the criminal case. The suspect has been charged with the committed crime; a preventive measure in the form of a travel ban and proper behavior has been chosen. During the investigation, the accused fully compensated for the incurred damage. After the prosecutor's approval of the charges, the criminal case will be sent to court for trial. Under the legislation, the punishment for such a crime can be imprisonment for up to 6 years.
