Over 1,600 young residents of Nizhny Novgorod found jobs with the help of the staffing center.

      More than 1,600 young residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region were able to find employment in the first half of 2025 with the assistance of the regional кадровый центр "Работа России" (Russia Works). All applicants under 35 years old have work experience ranging from one to seven years.

      Center specialists supported each participant throughout all stages of the job search, from initial consultation to starting a new job. Individual employment plans were developed for young professionals, career guidance meetings were held, and assistance was provided in resume writing and interview preparation.

      As director Ludmila Egorova explained, since the beginning of the year, over 1,300 people have undergone career guidance. This helped them more accurately determine their professional goals and find suitable vacancies more quickly.

      Young applicants have been employed in industry, trade, housing and communal services, and education. Most often, youth have taken positions as boiler operators, sales specialists, locksmiths, administrators, confectioners, and other in-demand professions.

      Current vacancies can be found on the federal platform "Russia Works," which currently hosts over 35,000 job offers from employers.

      According to Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod region, the regional labor market shows steady growth, and the demand for qualified personnel continues to rise, especially in industry and high-tech sectors.

      "Our goal is to help each job seeker find employment that matches their skills and ambitions, and for enterprises to fill vacancies with reliable employees," Pantyukhin emphasized.

      Since the beginning of 2025, Russia has been implementing the national project " кадры" (Personnel) by order of President Vladimir Putin.
