      In Dzerzhinsk, a woman was hit at a pedestrian crosswalk. This was reported by the regional Traffic Police Department.

      The accident occurred on the morning of July 25 on Lenin Komsomol Avenue. A 64-year-old driver, operating a Lada, did not yield to a woman who was crossing the roadway at a regulated pedestrian crosswalk on a green traffic light while turning left from Stroitelnaya Street.

      As a result of the incident, the woman sustained injuries and was hospitalized. Details of the incident are being clarified.

      It was previously reported that in Krasnaya Gorka, Volodarsky District, a driver hit a pedestrian, resulting in death.
