Employees of the Transport Systems Development Center (TSDC) conducted an inspection of the enforcement of public contract conditions for passenger transportation in Nizhny Novgorod. The objects of control were route No. 32, operated by LLC "Meshcheryakov and Company," and route No. 38, managed by LLC "Football."
On route No. 32, specialists identified 32 violations found in five buses. These included non-operational auto-informers, absence of stationary validators, damaged seats, cracks on the windshields, as well as dirt and inscriptions inside the vehicles.
Additionally, a deviation from the schedule was recorded for one of the trips. Violations also involved boarding rules: two buses passed stops without disembarking or boarding passengers.
During the inspection of route No. 38, 25 violations were found in ten vehicles. These included the absence of validators on the rear platforms, damaged seat upholstery, cracks on the windshields, and dirt in the cabins.
The TSDC reported that, following the inspection, claims will be sent to the carriers demanding payment of fines for the identified violations.
It was previously reported that Nizhny Novgorod transporters installed nearly 50 validators.
