Three people nearly died in a fire-related car accident near Arzamas

Incidents Late in the evening of July 20, at the 111th kilometer of the R-158 highway in the Arzamas district, two cars collided, resulting in injuries to two adults and one child. This was reported by the press service of the EMERCOM.
Preliminary information indicates that one of the vehicles was thrown into the roadside ditch, overturned, and caught fire.
Three people, including a child, were injured. One injured person was in one of the vehicles, and the other two were in the other.
Specialists extinguished the fire, washed fuel from the roadway, and disconnected the batteries to prevent re-ignition.
The causes of the accident are currently being investigated. Police officers are handling the investigation.
