      Sports users of the "Nizhny Novgorod Region Resident Card" can now enjoy discounts when visiting a number of sports facilities and cultural institutions in the region. This was announced by the Digital Economy Projects Coordination Center.

      The new offers are already available in the "Partners" section on the official portal and in the project's mobile app. To take advantage of the promotion, simply present the card when purchasing a ticket or receive a special code within the app.

      As Vitaly Klimashov, director of the center, reminded, starting in 2025, the card will also provide discounts at the Nizhny Novgorod Puppet Theatre and for funicular fare payments.

      Organizations are also invited to participate in the project. Partners can publish information about their services, promotion conditions, offer validity periods, and place coupons. To do this, they should submit an application in the "Become Our Partner" section on the portal.

      The initiative is part of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State," launched by the instruction of the President of Russia. It aims to increase digital accessibility and improve citizens' quality of life.

      It was previously reported that future first-grade parents in the Nizhny Novgorod region can already apply for the "Schoolchild Card" on the "Resident Card" portal.
