      A video of a fatal pedestrian hit in Nizhny Novgorod has been released. The footage was published by the regional traffic police.

      In the recording, two men can be seen trying to escape from an oncoming car. One manages to run away, the other gets hit by the wheels. He died at the scene from his injuries, even before emergency services arrived.
