      A humanitarian warehouse has opened in Nizhny Novgorod, reported by the Non-Profit Organization “Voluntary Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.”

      It is noted that the humanitarian warehouse was established to provide regular assistance to people in challenging life circumstances. The project was created by the Voluntary Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the regional #WEARETOGETHER headquarters.

      The warehouse is located in the Sovetsky District. It will distribute food sets for large families, low-income citizens, families of participants in the special military operation, and other categories of the population. The grand opening took place on July 18. To celebrate, a festival was organized: contests for residents, performances by invited artists, and prizes from partners. On the opening day, 70 residents of the Sovetsky District received food sets already.

      "Our new social project is an important step towards creating a long-term support system for those who need it most," said Maria Samodelkina, General Director of the Voluntary Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
