Rosselkhoznadzor uncovered products from the future at enterprises in Nizhny Novgorod.

      In the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Mari El, Rosselkhoznadzor canceled 47 veterinary accompanying documents indicating an advance production date. This was reported by the interregional department of the agency.

      Violations were recorded during daily monitoring. The highest number of canceled documents was associated with attempts to register animal-origin products with a production date earlier than the actual date. Such actions violate traceability requirements and pose safety risks for consumers.

      For example, on July 16, 2025, at the ООО "PORT SV" enterprise in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, an authorized person issued electronic veterinary documents for food products, including Bolognese pasta, shrimp udon, English-style omelet, and other dishes, with a production date of July 17. The products were intended for sale within the region.

      A similar violation was identified on July 18 at JSC "Lyskovo Brewing Plant," where a veterinarian issued documents for liquid beer yeast with a production date of July 19, 2025. The products were immediately shipped to another region of Russia.

      In the Republic of Mari El, on July 14, at the Poultry Farm "Privolzhskaya" LLC, a veterinary specialist issued documents for chicken eggs with a future production date.

      In all cases, enterprises circulated products whose actual production had not yet occurred. This violates veterinary documentation procedures and leads to a loss of traceability.

      Following inspections, all responsible persons received official warnings. Rosselkhoznadzor will continue monitoring to prevent such violations.
