      President of Russia Vladimir Putin approved a list of assignments on July 16, 2025, based on the outcomes of the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the presidential platform "Russia – Land of Opportunities." The event took place on May 27 and brought together platform members, contest winners, and project ambassadors.

      According to the document, the government, in cooperation with the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Russia – Land of Opportunities," will implement a series of initiatives aimed at developing human potential and supporting talented citizens.

      One of the key decisions is to create a special section "Russia – Land of Opportunities" on the "Gosuslugi" portal. It will host materials related to the platform’s projects and programs, as well as open registration for those wishing to participate.

      Special attention is given to developing a pre-competition training system for participants in the special military operation. The goal is to help soldiers who have demonstrated courage at the front successfully engage in platform projects and gain new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

      Additionally, a contest will be launched to identify promising leaders in agriculture who possess outstanding management and leadership qualities. Support will also be provided for the International Street Culture and Sports Development Award "KARDO."

      An expert-methodological center will be established at the "Senezh" Management Workshop to develop technologies for working with management teams. Also, a program for the development of youth street culture and sports within the framework of a federal project is under consideration.

      In higher and secondary professional education organizations, centers of new opportunities are planned to be opened in 2025–2026. They will be created, among other things, based on existing competency centers formed within the project for assessing and developing management skills.

      Another direction is the implementation of a project to identify and support talented students studying programs aligned with technological leadership and national independence goals.

      Andrey Betin, General Director of the presidential platform "Russia – Land of Opportunities" and rector of the "Senezh" Management Workshop, emphasized that the President’s instructions will serve as a benchmark for further project development.

      "It’s important that a section on 'Gosuslugi' will soon be available for participating in platform projects. We will also focus on preparing SVO fighters to participate in programs, continue developing street culture and the 'KARDO' project. I am confident that through cooperation with regions and partners, we will achieve significant results," he noted.
