Agreed architectural and urban planning design of the first building within the KRT on Samochkina Street in the Leninsky District
The Ministry of Urban Planning and Development of Agglomerations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has approved the architectural and urban planning concept for the first building of the new microdistrict, which will be constructed within the KRT framework in the Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod (bordered by Druzhby Street, Snezhnaya Street, Entuziastov Street, and the R. Rzhavka). The design is based on modern residential construction trends: a combination of several calm colors and different textures on the facade finish, tall windows, and provisions for ventilation boxes for air conditioners. On the ground floor, public premises will be located—in this case, stores, cafes, or a neighbors' club. In addition to residential buildings and social facilities, the project includes landscaping and improvement of the surrounding territory.
It is worth reminding that the agreement on the comprehensive development of the residential area on Samochkina Street in the Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod was signed on October 6, 2023. The KRT mechanism envisages the renewal of residential buildings with the provision of all necessary infrastructure.
Within the framework of the project, a new residential complex, a kindergarten for 320 children, and a clinic with a capacity of 100 visits per shift are planned. Additionally, the investor is required to vacate the area and develop design and estimate documentation for building a school for 1,100 students. In the first stage of KRT implementation, the construction of the clinic is scheduled, and in the second phase, the kindergarten should be built and commissioned. It should be noted that without the construction of earlier social facilities, the developer will not be able to proceed to the next stage.
