SocietyInterim results of the party project "My Career with United Russia" were summarized by its coordinator, Deputy Head of the party faction in the State Duma, Andrey Isayev, at a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Labor, Social Fund, PJSC "Rosseti," MGOR, and regional authorities.
He noted that in the first half of the year, the party held 21,000 events across regions, including job fairs, career guidance meetings, and consultations at public reception offices.
Special attention was given to assisting participants in the SVO (special military operation) and their families — 2,395 servicemen received new jobs, Andrey Isayev reported.
"The key indicators have been exceeded beyond planned targets. This demonstrates the high demand for our project. We not only help people but also strengthen social ties by engaging citizens in party work," the parliament member emphasized.
Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Platygin, stated that particular focus is placed on professional training programs and employment support for SVO participants. According to him, 6,000 servicemen approached employment centers in the first half of the year.
"Today, we face an important task — not just helping with employment but also ensuring servicemen are trained in in-demand professions. Currently, 4,700 educational programs are available. Training is conducted in 360 professions, including IT specialties and drone management," he explained.
Special attention is also paid to psychological support for SVO veterans and their social adaptation.
"We have trained 900 employment center specialists who have undergone training to work with veterans. This allows us to provide more targeted and effective assistance," added Dmitry Platygin.
Additionally, last month, the federal stage of the All-Russian employment fair took place, featuring special locations for SVO participants. A total of 87,000 job seekers received offers, the Deputy Minister of Labor reported.
Member of the party's General Council and State Duma deputy Ekaterina Stenyakina emphasized that within the framework of the party project, SVO participants will have the opportunity for employment through rehabilitation centers across the country. In 2025, assistance will be provided to 17,000 servicemen.
This year, new partners joined the implementation of the "My Career with United Russia" project: the Social Fund of Russia and PJSC "Rosseti." Their participation will enhance support for workers and retirees and expand employment opportunities.
In particular, with support from the Social Fund, rehabilitation centers will open prosthetics offices, employment advisory points, and interaction opportunities with employers.
The party project actively cooperates with the "Young Guard of United Russia" and its educational program "PolitZavod," aimed at forming a кадровый резерв (talent pool) for the country's political system. The project has already received over 15,000 applications from active youth from all regions of Russia, reported MGOR Vice Chairman Alexander Lebedev.
The program combines online training on the platform of the Higher Party School with in-person sessions and practical experience. Special focus is given to regions — internships are organized in legislative assemblies and regional administrations under the mentorship of experienced politicians.
In the Nizhny Novgorod region, a comprehensive interagency work system has been established for routing, support, and employment of participants in the special military operation and their family members. Several roadmaps and agreements have been signed between the Regional Department of Labor and Employment, the "Work of Russia" кадровый центр (personnel center), the "Defenders of the Fatherland" Fund, project offices, and the non-profit sector. Based at the "Defenders of the Fatherland" Fund, a team has been formed and operates within the Inclusive Project Office for employment of people with disabilities at the Nizhny Novgorod staffing center "Work of Russia."
"We are actively working on building a database of non-profit organizations ready to employ SVO veterans. We collect and systematize vacancy information, monitor reserved job positions at enterprises for active participants of the special operation, and establish agreements with employers to administratively and normatively allocate and secure workplaces. Overall, our work aligns with the recommendations of the Russian Ministry of Labor regarding work with this category of citizens and with the practical practices developed in the Nizhny Novgorod region," said Igor Pantyukhin, Head of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and coordinator of the "Career with United Russia" project.
It is recalled that supporting participants in the special military operation and their families is a priority direction for the party's work and a key point of the People's Program of "United Russia." This initiative underscores the party's unwavering commitment to providing comprehensive assistance and support to those defending the country's interests.
