      Incidents On the evening of July 13, two teenagers got into a fight at the "Nebo" shopping center in Nizhny Novgorod. The fight was recorded on video, which then circulated on social media.

      The footage shows one of the young men, surrounded by peers, attacking the other. He strikes his opponent with hands and feet. After the beaten individual falls into a puddle, the fight stops. However, the conflict later continued in nearby courtyards, where the teenager was beaten again and forced to apologize.

      After the incident, the attacker recorded a video in which he explained that he started the fight because the victim allegedly molested a 13-year-old girl and spread her intimate photos online.

      The Investigative Department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Nizhny Novgorod Region has already initiated a procedural check to establish all circumstances of the incident. A legal assessment of the participants' actions will be made based on the results of the investigation.

      In addition, the Nizhny Novgorod Region Prosecutor's Office is also examining the incident. An investigation has been organized into compliance with legislation on preventing juvenile delinquency. If violations are found, prosecutorial measures will be taken.
