Sergey Kirillovsky, head of the ZavoZhye administration, has passed away.

      SocietyOn July 13, at the age of 63, Sergei Novomirovich Kirillovsky, head of the Zavolyje city administration and head of the territorial management, passed away. This was reported by the administration of the Gorodetsky municipal district.

      Sergei Novomirovich was born on March 21, 1963, in Kharovsk, Vologda Region. In 1989, he graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute named after Kalinin, specializing in Internal Combustion Engines.

      In the same year, he moved to Zavolyje, where he began his professional career at the Zavolzhsky Motor Plant as an engineer-designer. A significant part of his professional biography was linked to the plant.

      From 1989 to 2002, he progressed from engineer to deputy director for personnel. During this time, he held various managerial positions at the enterprise, including department head and deputy production manager.

      In 2002, Kirillovsky was appointed Deputy Head of the Zavolyje administration, and in 2005, he became the head of the city administration.

      From 2010 to November 2020, he worked as the head of the apparatus of the Gorodetsky municipal district Assembly. Following a competition, on November 25, 2020, he was re-elected as head of the Zavolyje administration.

      Colleagues and residents of the city will remember him as a strong, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair person who left a significant mark on Zavolyje’s life.

      The farewell to Sergei Kirillovsky will take place on July 15 at 11:00 at the Holy Trinity Church in Zavolyje. After the funeral, a mourning rally will be held.
