Knives and a flask became the grounds for liability.

      Thanks to the vigilance and professionalism of the bailiffs ensuring the established order of court proceedings, an attempt by visitors to enter the building with prohibited items—two knives and a flask with an alcohol-based liquid—was thwarted. Three citizens arrived at the Dzerzhinsk City Court to participate in court sessions. During the access control procedure, the bailiffs checked their identification documents. A staff member asked two women and one man to surrender the prohibited items, to which they replied that they had nothing forbidden with them. The staff member warned the citizens that if prohibited items were found, they would be subjected to administrative liability. During the inspection of their personal belongings with a portable metal detector, the bailiffs discovered a pocket knife, a utility knife, and a flask with an alcohol-based liquid.

      Protocols were issued against the three violators under Part 2 of Article 17.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with a lawful order of a bailiff to ensure the established order in court regarding the cessation of actions violating court rules). Now they face administrative fines ranging from one to three thousand rubles.
