The accident occurred early in the morning on July 13, at around 5:20 AM. A 26-year-old driver lost control and crashed into the façade of the administrative building.
The man driving the vehicle sustained injuries and was hospitalized for medical assistance.
Traffic police officers filed an administrative protocol against the driver under Article 12.26 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation — for refusal to undergo a medical examination for intoxication.
Currently, auto inspectors are investigating all the details of the incident.
