      Society Last week, the "Milk Kitchen" of Nizhny Novgorod began selling handmade dumplings and cheesecakes with natural ingredients at city distribution points — and these new products sold out within the first few days. This was reported by representatives of Nizhny Novgorod's administration on social media.

      It is worth noting that special attention is paid to the quality of ingredients in production. The dumplings are made from natural minced meat, which includes pork, chicken fillet, onions, water, and iodized salt. The cheesecakes are made from fresh cottage cheese with added wheat flour, sugar, chicken eggs, and vanilla. Dumplings can be stored in the freezer for up to eight months, cheesecakes — up to thirty days.

      According to information, almost all of the products disappeared from the shelves within a week, with not only the new items but also other goods such as cutlets, dairy products, cheeses, and drinks enjoying high popularity.

      Employees of the "Milk Kitchen" noted that they are already preparing to increase production volumes to meet the growing demand.

      It was also previously reported that the "Milk Kitchen" has begun producing semi-hard cheese from farm milk. Additionally, products such as naturally made cutlets, homemade beefsteak, turkey cutlets, chicken cutlets, cheese cutlets, and schnitzel have been introduced to the market.
