Since the beginning of 2025, 623 fines have been issued to Nizhny Novgorod drivers for parking in disabled parking spaces. This information was reported to pravda-nn.ru by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The total amount of fines exceeded three million rubles.
In the same period last year, residents of Nizhny Novgorod received five times more fines—3,459—and their total amounted to 17.2 million rubles.
Currently, the fine for parking in disabled spaces is five thousand rubles.
Earlier, pravda-nn.ru reported that 37,600 fines were issued to drivers for unpaid paid parking in Nizhny Novgorod in the first half of 2025.
