It is important that people feel comfortable in their new workplaces," noted Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Department of Labor and Population Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

To increase their competitiveness in the labor market, this category of citizens can also master new professions within the framework of the national project 'Personnel,'" explained Lyudmila Egorova, director of the Nizhny Novgorod "Work of Russia" Center.

      It is worth recalling that from 2025, the national project "Personnel" is operational across Russia by presidential instruction Vladimir Putin.
