Nizhny Novgorod employers can participate in the competition for the best youth employment practices.

      The Russian Ministry of Labor conducts the All-Russian Competition of Best Employment Practices for Youth for the fourth time. The event is organized within the framework of the national project “Personnel,” implemented by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The goal of the competition is to identify and promote the most effective solutions in the field of employment for young specialists and their professional development. Participants can include commercial and non-profit organizations, individual entrepreneurs, educational institutions, government and municipal agencies, corporations, and institutions of all ownership forms. Applications are accepted until August 31. In 2025, participants will be able to present their projects in 11 categories, including areas such as inclusive employment of youth from vulnerable groups, cooperation between business and education, occupational guidance practices of employers, juvenile employment, career guidance methodologies in education, attraction and retention of young personnel in regions, and others. The best practices will be published on the Ministry of Labor’s website and recommended for replication in regions.
