      The Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation is launching the IV All-Russian Competition for Best Practices in Youth Employment for the fourth time. This event is held within the framework of the national project "Personnel," initiated by President Vladimir Putin.

      The main goal of the competition is to identify and disseminate the most successful approaches to employing young specialists and their professional development. The competition aims to stimulate innovative solutions and best practices in this area.

      Various organizations are invited to participate: commercial and non-profit organizations, individual entrepreneurs, educational institutions, government and municipal bodies, as well as corporations and entities of different ownership forms.

      Applications are accepted until August 31. Detailed information and registration options are available on the official website of the Ministry of Labour of Russia at: https://mintrud.gov.ru/events/1416.

      In 2025, participants will be able to submit their projects in 11 categories covering a wide range of topics. Among them are: inclusive youth employment for vulnerable groups, cooperation between businesses and educational institutions, career guidance practices of employers, youth employment programs, career orientation methods in educational organizations, attracting and retaining young specialists in regions, and others.

      Winners of the competition will receive diplomas and the opportunity to present their projects at the federal level. The best practices will be published on the website of the Ministry of Labour of Russia and recommended for implementation in regions.
