В НИУ Президентской академии начался интенсивный курс по профессиональному развитию студентов.

      24 октября 2025 года, 12:16, Общество. В Нижегородском институте управления стартовал трехдневный образовательный интенсив под названием "На орбиту в профкосмос! Высший пилотаж (высшее образование)".

      Обучение организовано Центром профессионального развития «Острова» — проектом Росмолодёжи, совместно с правительством Нижегородской области, НИУ Президентской академии, КУПНО и Молодёжным центром карьеры Нижегородской области.

      В проекте участвуют примерно 120 студентов, и его основная цель — помочь молодежи в формировании личной профессиональной траектории.

      По заявлению директора НИУ Екатерины Лебедевой, в Президентской академии созданы условия не только для приобретения знаний, но и для всестороннего развития студентов. Она подчеркнула, что обучение от профессионалов Центра "Острова" и Агентства по развитию человеческого капитала Сахалинской области предоставляет возможность получить обратную связь от экспертов федеральных образовательных центров, работающих при поддержке Росмолодежи. "Уверена, что всё это будет полезно им на Карьерном форуме-2025, который состоится в ноябре", — отметила Екатерина Лебедева.

      Программа включает лекции с интерактивными элементами, групповые задания и самодиагностику. Студенты уже ознакомились с современными методами карьерного развития и проанализировали свои сильные и слабые стороны, интересы и профессиональные ориентации. В ближайшие дни участники овладеют инструментами карьерного планирования, изучат особенности рынка труда и создадут личный профиль профессионального развития.

      По завершении интенсива все участники получат сертификаты и индивидуальные планы развития. Также в ходе мероприятия была подписана дорожная карта о сотрудничестве для профессионального развития студентов между НИУ Президентской академии и КМОЦ КУПНО.
