СК открыл уголовное дело по факту халатности в процессе реконструкции Нижегородской станции аэрации.

      23 октября 2025 года, 18:37, Происшествия. В связи с халатностью (ч. 1 ст. 293 УК РФ) при реконструкции Нижегородской станции аэрации возбуждено уголовное дело, сообщила пресс-служба регионального СК.

      Согласно данным следствия, должностные лица ресурсоснабжающей компании и контролирующего органа в сфере природопользования нарушили правила эксплуатации источников выбросов вредных веществ в атмосферу. Это, по утверждениям СК, привело к значительным нарушениям прав и законных интересов жителей Нижнего Новгорода.

      Дело было открыто на основании материалов проверки, проведенной Нижегородской межрайонной природоохранной прокуратурой и региональным управлением ФСБ.

      Следователи выясняют обстоятельства и причины произошедшего.

      Напомним, что жители Нижнего Новгорода на протяжении нескольких месяцев жалуются на стойкий запах канализации. В середине октября депутаты потребовали объяснить источники неприятного запаха. А накануне выяснилось, что генеральный директор ресурсоснабжающей организации, отвечающей за НСА, перенес свой рабочий кабинет на станцию "для оптимизации рабочих процессов".

      Также сообщалось, что станция аэрации вновь получила предостережение от Росприроднадзора.
