      — the implementation of state policy in the field of construction and the industry of construction materials;

      — digital development of the construction industry;

      — implementation of state housing construction policy in the region;

      — measures of state support for citizens affected by the actions of developers attracting citizens' funds for the construction of apartment buildings;

      — ensuring the resettlement of citizens from emergency and condemned apartment buildings in the region;

      — state policy of the Nizhny Novgorod region in the field of urban planning and architectural activities, including within the framework of the regional headquarters for urban planning policy implementation, as well as in the field of pricing in construction;

      — ensuring a comprehensive approach to solving tasks for sustainable development of the region and its municipal formations based on territorial planning and urban zoning;

      — ensuring comprehensive development of transport and engineering infrastructure in the Nizhny Novgorod region, prospective urban development of production and reserve territories;

      — digitalization of the transport sector;

      — formation and implementation of state policy in the field of transport and road management in the Nizhny Novgorod region;

      — organization of transport services for the population of the Nizhny Novgorod region by air, water, off-street, and road transport on interregional and intermunicipal regular transport routes, including passenger taxis, and railway transport in suburban communication, carrying out regional state control in the field of passenger and luggage transport by passenger taxis within the provided competence;

      — organization of regular passenger and luggage transport by road transport on municipal regular transport routes in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod region at regulated and unregulated tariffs in accordance with the powers established by law;

      — accounting and inventory of road management facilities in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens, and stateless persons legally residing in the territory of the region can register for the reception, provided that their question has been previously considered within competence, and personal participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Pavel Savateev, is required to make a decision on the merits of the appeal.
