Business games of the "YOUR business" project were held in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      In eight municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod region, business games of the "SVOye delo" project took place. 55 people participated. The events were held in the subdivisions of the regional center "My Business" in the Chkalovsky, Balakhnin, Vadsky, Volodarsky, Pavlovsky, Semyonovsky, Sergachsky, and Uren districts. The project is being implemented with the support of the branch of the "Defenders of the Fatherland" fund, the "Work of Russia" personnel center, the regional ministry of demographics and human capital development, and the Center for Social Sphere Innovations. The work is being carried out in accordance with the goals and objectives of the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." According to the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Maxim Cherkasov, the participants of the project—veterans of the SVO and their family members—received training in the basics of entrepreneurship, studied current business trends, and practiced their ideas with mentors. As a result of the business games, 24 of the best projects received certificates worth 100,000 rubles for promotion on social media and the opportunity to present their initiatives in a competitive selection in Nizhny Novgorod. Among the best were projects in the fields of wood and metal production and processing, the production of paving stones and curbs, products made of epoxy resin and knives, sewing production, beekeeping, and the manufacture of hot and cold smoked products. Also among the winners were projects in the fields of car repair, public catering, and trade, including a café-bakery, a pancake house, a car workshop, and a service for gearbox repairs, as well as social and educational initiatives, including a children's dance school, a military-patriotic camp for children, and training in effective communication in media. Experts at the events included business leaders, active entrepreneurs, and representatives of business associations in the region. They helped participants assess the viability of ideas, find growth points, and consider the real conditions of doing business. The winner of the business game in the Uren municipal district was SVO veteran Vasily Pospelov. In the Tonkinsky municipal district, he is developing a beekeeping farm called "Gifts of the Earth of the Old Believers." Vasily has been engaged in beekeeping for nine years, maintaining 50 bee families at his apiary. Before participating in the special military operation, Vasily Pospelov worked in a real estate agency. He went to the SVO zone as part of a group from the Nizhny Novgorod city Cossack society. After completing his contract, he returned home and decided to focus on agriculture. According to Vasily Pospelov, he is using state support measures to develop his project. He became a winner of the "Agromotivator" grant competition, completed training at the "Farmers' School" through the regional ministry of agriculture, and refined the financial model and promotion of his initiative in the "SVOye delo" project. As a result of the business game, he received a certificate worth 100,000 rubles for promoting the project on social media. A group has already been created on social media, through which the first sales are planned to begin soon. In the future, he intends to combine beekeeping, agritourism, and social initiatives into one project. The "SVOye delo" project helps veterans of the special military operation and their family members go from a business idea to opening their own business. With the support of the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, 10 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget in 2026 to compensate for costs associated with entrepreneurial activities for participants of the "SVOye delo" project. Additionally, the 10 best initiatives will receive assistance in creating a trademark, developing a website, and advertising promotion. Training is provided for active entrepreneurs on packaging businesses into franchises, and the five best will be helped to bring their projects to this stage. The "SVOye delo" project will be implemented until September 2026.

      As part of the project, participants also undergo professional diagnostics at the "Work of Russia" personnel center and receive support from the branch of the State Fund "Defenders of the Fatherland." It is expected that more than 190 people will participate in the "SVOye delo" project during its implementation.
