A woman and two children were injured in a car accident involving four vehicles near Arzamas.

      On September 5, 2026, at 11:48 AM, Incidents A traffic accident involving four cars occurred on the evening of September 4 on the 9th kilometer of the Nizhny Novgorod - Saratov highway near Arzamas. This was reported by the State Traffic Inspectorate in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Around 8:30 PM, a 36-year-old driver of a Nissan Almera crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with three foreign cars: an Audi A6, a Volkswagen Polo, and a Hyundai Solaris. As a result of the accident, passengers in the Hyundai Solaris were injured—a 31-year-old woman and two minors aged 14 and 15. They were taken to the trauma center of a nearby hospital. The circumstances of the accident are being investigated.
