The "City Mutual Learning" project of the Corporate University has been implemented since 2017. More than 490,000 regional educators have participated in its educational intensives, said Sergey Sobyanin. "Over the past 10 years, about 40 large-scale online conferences have been held, where effective management and pedagogical practices were presented. The capital hosted delegations from more than 40 regions, including Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Republic of Khakassia, and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug," he reported. In addition, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Theory and Practice of Pre-Professional Education" is taking place at the Moscow City Pedagogical University, the mayor of the capital added. According to him, over the past two years, more than five thousand participants from Moscow and 18 regions of Russia have taken part, and in 2025, a professional development program "Best Educational Practices of Innovative Schools in Moscow" was launched—120 educators and school leaders have already completed it. The Moscow City Pedagogical University has developed simulation trainers with remote access. They assist in training for a wide range of tasks—from management decisions to building dialogue with parents and teenagers. "All formats of interaction are available to educators from the regions: they can come to a capital school for an internship, join a webinar, receive online consultation, or take a course on a simulation trainer. This makes our educational practices accessible for the professional growth of educators and managers from any corner of Russia," explained Sergey Sobyanin. Also, all Russian teachers have access to the content of the "Moscow Electronic School" library. The project covers about five million users from six regions. Later, educational institutions from other subjects of Russia, including historical regions, will join it. Education is one of the main priorities in the development of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Over the past five years, 30 new schools and 22 kindergartens have been built in the region. A major overhaul has been completed for 338 schools and 316 kindergartens. In terms of the number of "Professionalism" clusters, the region confidently ranks among the leaders—today there are 19, and another 6 have been approved for opening. A separate flagship project is the IT campus "NEIMARK." It is designed for 8,000 students, with hotels for 5,600 guests. 18 buildings have already been constructed. The campus will feature a technopark and a research center. "We see how systematic work in the field of education yields real results: new schools are being built, existing ones are being renovated, and modern programs are being implemented. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, new facilities are not just appearing—an environment is being formed where children and youth acquire knowledge that is in demand in the 21st century. And when the experience of Moscow is added, which becomes accessible to educators from the regions, we get a powerful impetus for development.
