A new glamping complex worth 100 million rubles will appear in the Pavlovsky district.

      On August 17, 2026, at 16:45, Economy In the Pavlovsky District, in the village of Stepan'kovo, the implementation of a new tourist project - the glamping complex "Sunny River" - has started. This is reported by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation. The investment volume exceeds 100 million rubles. Within the framework of the project, modular houses, a restaurant, and accompanying tourist infrastructure are being built. After the complex is launched, it is planned to create 10 jobs. The project is being implemented based on a universal investment proposal - a ready-made model for investors with pre-calculated parameters and a selected land plot, which allows for a reduction in the preparatory phase. A registry of 63 plots in 26 municipalities has already been formed for the placement of glampings in the region. Investors are currently offered several standard solutions, including for the creation of tourist and sports facilities, roadside services, car washes, fish farming enterprises, and hotels in cultural heritage sites. It is worth noting that the Nizhny Novgorod region has ranked second in the national investment climate rating of the ASI for the third consecutive year. The development of the business environment in the region is part of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."
