      On August 16, 2026, at 09:37, Incidents: An attack by UAVs was repelled in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Russia. A total of 822 Ukrainian drones have been shot down over the territory of Russia. During the night, a drone danger regime was introduced in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
