      August 12, 2026 11:05 Economy The administration of Nizhny Novgorod plans to lease an additional 28 units of specialized road equipment. The initial maximum price of the contract is 791.3 million rubles. This information is posted on the government procurement portal. The procurement is conducted in the form of an electronic auction. The customer is the committee for the management of municipal property and land resources of the Nizhny Novgorod administration. This concerns combined road machines on automotive chassis. The description states that the equipment is intended for year-round road maintenance and must be equipped with a wide range of equipment: inter-base brush, front plow snow removal equipment, washing equipment, and a distributor of solid anti-icing materials. The customer paid special attention to digitalization: each machine will be equipped with onboard navigation and communication equipment (BNSO). The system will allow real-time tracking of the vehicle's location, fuel level, and the operation of all mounted units via the EGTS protocol. The lease term is calculated until May 31, 2033, with the equipment itself to be delivered no later than November 2026. An advance payment is not provided, and no payments are planned for 2026. Payments are to be made from January 2027 to June 25, 2033, from the budget of Nizhny Novgorod. The annual payment from 2027 to 2032 will be no more than 121.7 million rubles, and in 2033 - no more than 60.9 million.
