Nizhny Novgorod residents were informed about sectors with salaries above 200,000 rubles.

      On August 10, 2026, 09:19 Economy In the Nizhny Novgorod region, employers posted more than 3,200 job vacancies with salaries starting from 200,000 rubles in July. This data is provided by hh.ru.

      The majority of the offers (70%) are related to shift work. Another quarter of the vacancies imply full-time employment, 3% are for part-time jobs, and 2% are for temporary work.

      Companies in the field of industrial equipment, machinery, tools, and components offer the highest salaries most often—accounting for 18% of such vacancies. Additionally, among the leaders are construction, real estate, operation, and design (10%), as well as business services (7%).

      Among specialists offered an income of 200,000 rubles, blue-collar professions prevail: laborers (27%), welders (12%), drivers, freight forwarders, concrete workers, rebar workers, stonemasons, CNC machine operators, packers, and assemblers (7%).

      At the same time, a diploma is not always required. In 90% of cases, employers either do not specify education as a mandatory condition or do not require it at all. Only 9% of vacancies are available to candidates with higher education and 3% with secondary vocational education.

      The requirement for experience remains much stricter. In 52% of vacancies, experience of up to three years is necessary, in 11%—up to six years, and in 2%—more than six years. Only 35% of offers with salaries starting from 200,000 rubles are suitable for applicants without experience.

      Among the highest-paying positions are the director of a representative office with an income from 300,000 to one million rubles per month "net," a specialist in comprehensive security with a salary starting from 442,500 rubles (with relocation), a sales department head in dentistry—from 400,000 rubles, an electrical installer—from 379,900 rubles per shift, and a driver-forwarder of a two-level car transporter—from 350,000 rubles per month.
