The appearance of another high-rise building near the Bor Bridge in Nizhny Novgorod has been approved.

      On August 10, 2026, at 10:17 AM, the Society of Mинград approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of another apartment building near the Bor Bridge. The order has been published on the agency's website. The developer is the construction company "Khutor." The building (No. 3.1 according to the master plan) will be located on Sergei Akimov Street in the Kanavinsky District of Nizhny Novgorod, opposite houses No. 42, 43, 48, 55, and 56. The building will be 24 stories high. Its total area will be 18,205 square meters: the majority, 17,487 square meters, will be above ground, and another 718 square meters will be underground. The project is being implemented as part of the construction of a residential complex near the Bor Bridge. It involves the construction of nine apartment buildings up to 24 stories high. The plots were provided to the developer by the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region as compensation for the obligation to complete the construction of the residential complex "House on Gorkogo." The new microdistrict will include built-in public purpose premises. One of the buildings is planned to house a built-in kindergarten and a clinic. The project also includes multi-level parking and the development of transport and engineering infrastructure. Additionally, a separate kindergarten for 200 children and a school for 800 students are planned to be built on the adjacent territory. In May of last year, the developer received permission to construct the first two buildings—No. 5.1 and No. 6.1 according to the master plan. It should be noted that residents of the 5th microdistrict of Lake Meshcherskoye opposed the implementation of the project, believing that the appearance of the residential complex would worsen living conditions in the area.
