Fell from a sap: details of the teenager's death in the Navashinsky district have become known.

      A preliminary investigation has been organized regarding the death of a 16-year-old teenager in a body of water in the Navashinsky district. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      Recall that the tragedy occurred on August 8. The body of the drowned teenager was discovered in the water by emergency services. Investigators established that the boy was resting at the Fourth Quarry in Navashino with peers without adults. The teenagers were paddleboarding. One of the vessels capsized. The boy who was on it fell into the water and did not surface.

      No visible signs of criminal damage were found on the teenager's body. A forensic examination has been appointed to determine the cause of death. A procedural decision will be made based on the results of the investigation.
