The likelihood of emergencies related to local flooding due to malfunctions (clogging) of storm drains and drainage-collector systems, flooding of low-lying areas, roads, low-water bridges, power line supports, communication lines, agricultural lands, an increase in the number of traffic accidents, difficulties in the operation of all types of transport, disruptions in the housing and utilities system, and the occurrence of landslides and slope washouts is increasing. There is a probability of emergencies related to local flooding due to malfunctions (clogging) of storm drains and drainage-collector systems, flooding of low-lying areas, roads, low-water bridges, power line supports, communication lines, agricultural lands, and the occurrence of landslides.
