      At the request of the transport prosecutor, the customs authorities conducted an additional inspection, and the car owner was charged customs duties and penalties amounting to about 1.2 million rubles. The car was detained, but its owner did not voluntarily pay the duties. As a result of the measures taken by the transport prosecutor's office, the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court seized the illegally held car in the territory of the Russian Federation for state ownership.
