      On August 4, 2026, 21:23 Economy More than 60 entrepreneurs participated in the off-site inter-municipal round table "Support Measures. Business Development Tools," which took place in the city of Navashino. The event was organized by the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in collaboration with the regional center "My Business" in accordance with the goals and objectives of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." The meeting brought together entrepreneurs from the Navashino, Vyksa, Kulebak, and Vach municipal districts. Participants of the round table included producers of textile products, bread and bakery products, cheese and dairy products, concrete and artificial stone construction products, soft windows, and stretch ceilings. Representatives from the fields of floristry, natural cosmetics and phyto-complexes production, souvenir products, ceramics, stone jewelry, and various handmade items, including knitted toys, bags, accessories, and cotton cord products, also joined the event. "Off-site inter-municipal round tables allow entrepreneurs to receive up-to-date information on support measures, exchange experiences, and find new partners. This format helps build interaction between businesses, government authorities, and large enterprises on the ground. Since the beginning of the year, seven similar events have already taken place in the region, with more than 560 entrepreneurs from municipalities in the Nizhny Novgorod region participating in them," noted the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the region, Maxim Cherkasov. Representatives from the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade, the regional center "My Business," the regional Assistance Center "Honest Sign," the Export Support Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Social Sphere Innovation Center, the Nizhny Novgorod Innovation Business Incubator, the Industrial Development Fund of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Innovation and Consulting Center for the Agro-Industrial Complex, and the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region participated in the round table. During the business program, participants were informed about state support measures for small and medium-sized enterprises, financial tools for business development, support for innovative, social, and export-oriented companies, opportunities for agricultural producers, modern payment technologies, and services for promoting farm products. In addition, the head of the local government of the Navashino district, Tatyana Berseneva, presented plans for the development of entrepreneurship in the district, while Dmitry Semyonyuk, the director of personnel and social issues at OJSC "Oksky Shipyard," spoke about the needs for goods, works, and services. The event also featured an exhibition of local producers' products and B2B and B2G negotiations, during which entrepreneurs were able to discuss cooperation opportunities and the implementation of joint projects. Since the beginning of this year, off-site inter-municipal round tables have already taken place in Zavolzhye, Arzamas, Bor, Pavlovo, Voskresensk, Tonshaev, and Navashino. Similar events are planned to be held in Knyaginino, Bolshoy Boldin, and Ardatov by the end of the year.
