A 15-year-old teenager drowned in Kulebaki, reported the regional EMERCOM office. The incident occurred at an unnamed pond on Krasnodontsev Street. The teenager's body was retrieved from the water by police. According to the Investigative Committee, the teenager was near the water in an area not designated for swimming, with peers and without adult supervision. Upon examination, investigators found no signs of criminal bodily harm. A forensic examination has been appointed to determine the exact cause of death. An investigative check is underway, after which a procedural decision will be made. It was previously reported that a 15-year-old teenager drowned in the Vetluga River.
