Mingrad has approved the appearance of a 5-story building on Chernigovskaya Embankment in Nizhny Novgorod.

      On August 3, 2026, at 11:30, the Nizhny Novgorod Society approved the architectural appearance of a new residential building in the area of the Chernigov Embankment. The corresponding order was published on the agency's website. The developer is the company GloraX. The building, which will be four to five stories high, will be located on a plot between Chernigov and Garshin Streets, Melnichny Lane, and Kazan Square. It will feature an underground parking lot and public purpose premises. The construction area will be 1,362.30 sq. m., and the building will cover 5,335.80 sq. m.

      Let us remind you that the developer has been working on the redevelopment of the Chernigov Embankment since 2023. This spring, GloraX presented the concept for the improvement of the new embankment and completed the reconstruction of the "Bashkirov House." The former production building of the flour mill will house 57 apartments with a total area of almost 6,500 sq. meters. Additionally, the company's plans include the restoration of the former dormitory into apartments and the transformation of the "Degtyarev Mill" into a residential building.
