This was reported by the press service of the regional government. The decision was made because the transition from July to August "creates" two odd days in the calendar — July 31 and August 1. To ensure that owners of all license plates have equal opportunities to refuel their vehicles, the rule was decided to be suspended for one day. The regional Ministry of Housing and Utilities has once again asked motorists not to create artificial demand and not to go to the gas station if their tank is nearly full.

      At the same time, the limits on fuel dispensing into tanks and restrictions on fuel dispensing into containers, introduced by vertically integrated oil companies, remain in effect until corresponding decisions are made by the network organizations, the message added.
