It was established that from October 2022 to April 2023, he illegally received over 540,000 rubles from the director of a commercial organization for the unobstructed execution of works and signing on behalf of JSC "VRK-1" acts under the contract for the preparation of tank cars for repair. Later, from April 2023 to August 2024, acts were signed despite the completed work not meeting the technical specifications. The damage to the organization was assessed at more than 10 million rubles. In addition, over two years, the railway worker embezzled more than 6,000 liters of fuel from JSC "VRK-1" worth 300,000 rubles. To conceal the thefts, false information was included in reports about the write-off of fuel for service vehicles. In March 2024, for signing acts of completed work, concluding additional agreements to extend the term of the specified contract, and other assistance, Dmitry Rasskazov acquired a Nissan Terrano from the contracting company for 350,000 rubles, with a market value of over 1.5 million rubles. By the verdict of the Kanavinsky District Court dated July 27, 2026, Dmitry Rasskazov was sentenced to 7.5 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony with a fine of 5 million rubles. He is also prohibited from holding positions in commercial organizations related to the exercise of organizational and administrative powers for a period of four years. The defendant was taken into custody in the courtroom.
