Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrikin requested a report on the criminal case regarding a gang of teenagers who are beating passersby in Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of Russia.
A group of hooligans from Nizhny Novgorod systematically attacks random people and beats them right in the city center. A story about this aired on the regional TV channel "By the Way...".
– A couple of times they hit my friend in the stomach, tried to "take him down" and knock him over, – shared one of the victims. He also thanked the man who came out of the building during the scuffle. With his help, the teenagers were managed to be separated. According to the Investigative Committee of Russia, recently the young violators of public order attacked musicians. The guys were returning after rehearsal and, by random circumstances, became victims of the beating. The agency notes that this is not the first case.
Based on the violations, the Investigative Bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region initiated a criminal case under the article "Hooliganism".
