The architectural appearance of the first houses under the Comprehensive Development Plan in Kstovo has been approved.

      The Ministry of Urban Development and Agglomeration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of two apartment buildings that will be constructed in the southeastern part of the city of Kstovo. The developer of the project is LLC "Specialized Developer 'DomInvest'." The construction is being carried out under a comprehensive development agreement initiated by the rights holder.

      The facades of the buildings are designed in a modern, minimalist style with decorative elements. The first floors are highlighted by contrasting textures and dark facing bricks. Different color shades on the facades make the external appearance of the buildings more interesting and memorable.

      High-quality decorative plaster is used for wall finishing. The basement and the first floor will be faced with bricks, and the first two floors will be visually separated from the rest of the building by a contrasting color.

      It should be noted that the development of the block is being carried out in accordance with the territory planning documentation approved in 2024. The project provides for the comprehensive development of a site of 24.4 hectares, including the construction of 25 apartment buildings with up to eight floors. This solution ensures a comfortable density of development and allows for spacious courtyard areas with landscaping. As part of the project, the investor will build a kindergarten for 185 places, which will be transferred to the city free of charge after commissioning, as well as a store and engineering networks. In addition, the documentation provides for a school for 1,100 places.

      "The area of the territory suggests the creation of a full-fledged residential district with developed infrastructure. I am confident that the new microdistrict will become a point of attraction for residents and an example of a modern approach to urban planning in the region. The project solutions meet current standards, and its implementation will serve as a good catalyst for the development of the Kstovo district," noted the Minister of Urban Development and Agglomeration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Darya Shunaeva.

      The total area of residential premises in the new buildings will exceed 80,000 square meters, which will provide comfortable housing for more than 2,500 people.
