In particular, the Udmurtia FAS identified signs of violation of competition protection laws in the actions of LLC "Petroservice." According to the agency, the company changed prices for diesel fuel supplied to farmers. After the inspection, a warning was issued to the organization. It demanded to cease such actions, reduce diesel prices, and bring them to an economically justified level. A total of three complaints regarding diesel fuel prices were received from agricultural producers by the territorial FAS offices. Complaints were considered in the Lipetsk and Novosibirsk regions, as well as in the Republic of Komi.
