The band "Three Days of Rain" will still perform in Nizhny Novgorod after the scandal.

The concert (16+) of the band "Three Days of Rain" in Nizhny Novgorod will still take place. The lead singer of the group, Gleb Viktorov, announced on his Telegram channel that all upcoming performances will go ahead as scheduled.

Previously, the musician found himself at the center of a loud scandal. During a concert in Yekaterinburg on July 12, Viktorov began making political statements from the stage.

After that, his microphone was turned off, but the artist went down to the audience and continued his address. According to spectators, the singer appeared to be intoxicated, could not remember the lyrics to his own songs, and was swaying on his feet.

Later on social media, Gleb wrote that he had to leave Russia, but just a few minutes later, the post was deleted.

A few days later, the band's label issued an official statement. It reported that the musician, who had previously undergone treatment for alcohol and drug dependencies, is currently in a hospital.

According to representatives of the group, the cause of what happened was outsiders who were allowed into the dressing room by security. Allegedly, unknown individuals could have slipped or given the artist prohibited substances, taking advantage of his past dependency.

"We ask for your understanding regarding what happened! Measures regarding the further safety of the artist have been fully implemented! Let’s wish him a speedy recovery! The next concert on July 28 will be held by the artist in his usual healthy state!" the statement said.

It was previously reported that over 12.5 million rubles were allocated for the concert (6+) in honor of the 805th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod.
