      The presidential platform "Russia - a country of opportunities" is launching a new special project "Neurogames." This is a team competition for young developers, designers, and digital content specialists. Participants will have to develop a working prototype of a game using artificial intelligence in just one day, reports the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Russia - a country of opportunities."

      Applications can be submitted by residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region aged 14 to 35 who have experience in developing game prototypes and skills in working with neural networks. Registration is open until August 17. The in-person stage will take place on August 27 at the Skolkovo video game cluster.

      The general director of the platform, Andrey Betin, noted that the project gives young people the opportunity to go through the full cycle of creating a gaming product, master modern AI tools, and try themselves in one of the most dynamic areas of the creative economy. According to him, this is a launch pad for future leaders of the gaming industry. The competition format is strict: teams of 3-5 people will receive the task just before the start. They will have 8 hours to come up with a concept, create game assets using neural networks, assemble a prototype, and present it to the jury. Winners will receive cash prizes and gifts from the organizers.

      "Neurogames" is part of the federal project "Russia - a country of opportunities" and the national project "Youth and Children." The project aims to develop practical skills in the field of AI, game development, and digital products.
