      July 13, 2026 18:03 Society The car servicing system on even and odd days is currently only applied to three gas station networks in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This concerns the refueling stations of "Lukoil," "Gazpromneft," and "Tatneft."

      Recall that the new rules came into effect on July 9. They were introduced along with restrictions on fuel sales to stabilize the situation and reduce the load on gas stations.

      Now, on even days, cars with license plates starting with the digits 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 can refuel. On odd dates, vehicles with plates starting with 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 are serviced.

      The regional government clarified that currently, this order does not include stations under the brands Teboil, OPTI, and OPTI 24, as well as other partner, subsidiary, and franchised gas stations.

      The issue of connecting other networks, including partner, subsidiary, and franchised stations, will be considered later.
