A non-profit organization for the protection of the region from drone attacks has been established in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      On July 14, 2026, at 11:00, Society The Nizhny Novgorod government registered the autonomous non-profit organization "Victory Technologies of the Nizhny Novgorod Region." The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on July 7, 2026. According to the data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Igor Ksenofontov has been appointed as the head of the new organization. He also heads the "Rescue Training Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region." The non-profit organization was created to assist in minimizing threats to the life, health, and property of the population arising from attacks using technical means. To financially support the organization's activities, the authorities approved the procedure for providing it with subsidies from the regional budget. The allocated funds are planned to be directed towards employee salaries, utilities, rent for premises, and other expenses.
